SPECIAL EVENTS

Fun with Vegetarian Cooking

One essential element of yoga is a vegetarian diet. An organic vegetarian diet creates an enhanced state of physical well-being, lessens our impact on our natural environment, and eliminates the component of violence from our food intake. Join us for these interactive cooking sessions and you’ll prepare and sample delicious vegetarian recipes made easy. Enjoy transforming fresh, colorful foods into entrees, light meals, and healthy snacks – and for continued use, you take the recipes home!
